my xbox one x keep crashing when i play assassins creed origins its freeze an kick me back to the dashboard, only assassins creed origins is crashing no other games, if i install the game offline i can play without crashs ,when i go online update the game the crahes are back, i have play the game for 150 hours no crashing, since update 1.20 it crashing and kick me back to dashboard.

Since you have done all of the things I was going to suggest and still having issues with it unless if you are offline and install the game without any issues.
